The Crescent at Travis Pointe is one of four condominiums on the Travis Point
Country Club grounds. These four associations include:
These condominium developments, with the exception of CTP, all belong to the Travis Pointe Condominium Association (TPCA).
The CTP property was originally planned to be 23 condominiums, and was designated as “Phase 4” of the Woods of Travis Pointe. Documents show that this phase was transferred to an organization that ultimately led to the development of CTP in July 1995.
While the TPCA invited the Crescent at Travis Pointe to join them in 1998, the CTP Association ultimately decided not to join and to remain self-governing. This has proven to have been a great foresight on the part of our original board, as CTPA has learned and benefitted from remaining a smaller group sharing similar condominium models and needs throughout the years.

Our condo association is located within the Travis Pointe Country Club grounds. The country club was originally known as Omega Farms. It was developed into the facility we have today in the 1970s, and it officially opened in September 1977. Members can enjoy golf, the fitness center and other amenities offered by the club. Please contact the Travis Pointe Country Club directly to inquire about membership:
The cosmopolitan Ann Arbor area is a cultural center for southeast Michigan, alive with the visual and performing arts and unique special events. Ann Arbor is nicknamed "Tree Town," both due to its name and to the dense forestation of its parks and residential areas
Our community is ideally located close to Ann Arbor and Saline while still retaining some rural feel. Shopping is nearby and includes Target, Meijer, Costco, and numerous other shops, restaurants, and services.
The Co-Owners handbook is an important guide for our community. Please use this as a reference for how things are handled at CTP. If you have any questions, please reach out to a board member.
The handbook is not a legal document. It does reference the documents that established and govern the association. You can download the handbook on the documents page.
Your CTPA Board of Directors is composed of five members:
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Member-at-Large
Members serve two-year terms, and these two-year terms are overlapping. Half of the board is elected each year (meaning 3 positions in the odd year and two positions in the even year). The board holds its first annual meeting in June, and meets monthly thereafter. The final meeting of the fiscal year is in May, when the board meets with the community to share important information, review the state of our condo association and engage in conversation with all members of the community.
The Homeowners Association is governed by a set of By Laws which is a part of the Master Deed of the Crescent at Travis Pointe and part of all purchase agreements for homes sold in the neighborhood. A full download version is available on the documents page of this site, and we encourage every resident to read and become familiar with these documents.
Funded by annual dues which are assessed monthly, the Association is managed by Prosight Property Management and an all-volunteer Board of Directors.
Special community meetings may be held during the year should the need arise. On occasion committees are established to work on special projects.
